During her studies in Hong-Kong, Camille discovers the matcha tea with which she falls in love. A few years later, she flew to Japan to learn about the subtleties of this plant and find the perfect product to import it into France and thus introduce a 100% organic matcha tea, without bitterness and produced in good conditions.
She then created Anatae in 2019, a brand of quality matcha tea, produced without intermediaries in respect of nature and Japanese traditions, with the lowest possible ecological impact. Camille works directly with Japanese farmers who have cultivated and produced tea as a family for several generations.
This human value is particularly due to Camille who wanted to give this project a strong social dimension.
