ABOUT THE DESIGNER
It was in September 2017 that Céline and Marine, two graphic designer-illustrator friends in search of meaning and creative challenge, decided to launch their brand. La Minauterie is a brand of stationery and decoration objects designed in France in a responsible way. The collections are designed to give meaning to everyone's daily life, through the illustrations and history that compose them and through their concrete solidarity commitment in favor of Man, the environment and animals.
Certifications
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standards)
The GOTS label guarantees an ecological and socially responsible production method, which applies high quality requirements. This label indicates that the textile fibers come from organic farming, and that there are no toxic or carcinogenic substances.
FSC (Forest Stewardship Council)
The FSC label guarantees that the forest is managed sustainably, so as to preserve biological diversity and the lives of local populations and workers, while ensuring its economic viability. When a product is FSC certified, it means that its raw material comes from responsibly managed forests.

Brand committed by essence, La Minauterie offers sustainable, eco-designed products to last a lifetime. For textile products, the brand mainly uses linen and organic cotton certified GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard). For other products, the raw materials are always responsible and biobased. And their environmental actions are multiple: use of vegetable inks, recycling of waste (printing toners), recyclable and biodegradable papers certified FSC (from sustainably managed forests).

Convinced of the know-how of the French workshops, Cécile and Marine opted for French manufacturing as soon as their project emerged. They therefore favor a close relationship where people are at the heart of their approach. The printing works are carried out in Rhône-Alpes and Montpellier, the wood and engraving workshop is located in Grenoble, and the textile prints are made in Paris.
